Of course. However they must first be a SEC "Reporting" company, which FRFS is not. Geez, they can't even get a simple name change done, how do you expect them to uplist any time soon? There is a whole set of procedures for becoming a "Reporting" company. Uplisting to NASDAQ shortly after name/symbol change (if that even happens) is a pipe dream and lie. Don't be counting your millions just yet. LOL!!
