I saw abunch of chatter on the boards the last couple of days concerning CPPT and decided to give it a closer look, especially after today's very strong performance. Here is the relevant info I found (cribbing in large part the hard work done by I-Hub's Stock Lobster):
1) Share Structure: 55MM OS, 61MM AS, 6.3MM Public Float.
2) Product: Exclusive licensee of formely classified russian military technology which unearth's hidden mineral, energy and water resources beneath the earth's surface with extreme accuracy -- over 75%.
3) No debt: A recent PR sets forth the particulars of a transaction whereby CPPT removed all debt.
4) Gold, Oil, Diamonds, Metals: CPPT's technology is invaluable for company's in any of these fields. I'm not quite yet an expert on how the technology works, but I understand that they have proven they can save up to $5MM per exploration project.
5) Revenues Via Direct Ties to Gold, Oil and Diamond Mining: CPPT has contracts to participate in the revenue of multiple diamond mining, oil and gas drilling projects wordlwide. These earnings will be in addition to the fees they receive for their services, which I understand average $2.5MM per job.
If you take a look at the trading history (link to chart below), you will see that this one is just getting started. In my humble opinion, CPPT is pretty much an ATM machine where no passcode is needed!!!
