Shares are also there to allocate if and when someone tries to buy the company on the cheap, to protect against a unfriendly takeover. A partner has to be coming, there is no other explanation as they cannot bring it themselves as a company, clearly.

Excellent points buckysherm. We have been excited before only to be disappointed. At SOME point, this will look like a good investment. It is difficult to be patient sometimes.

What is the reason why we shareholders should be excited about the presentation in June?

What has it been since we have heard them speak? 8 months. Sometimes people need a refresher to remember why they were excited in the first place. I'm guessing this will be it. They might even have a couple suprises in store for us. Just my opinion.

On another note: looks like people are waiting to see if nite is going to put up another block before buying more; it's been a couple hours.

it's just a presentation of scientific primary endpoint data of combo pivotal trial, sort of like a clock at 5 to 12 before the big gong. It is nothing.

Then the millions of shares diluting the value from $11.39/sh down to $8.50'ish per share is just horrible.
Company should just sack and pack right before the finishing line, because we shareholder have waited a few years.
Next time we shall just invest in MoviePass alike deals which has a much shorter time to bankruptcy than the average 9 years in biotech.
