5/23 Delisting Determination coming up

Company wants to go through the appeal process,
but I have very little hopes in this situation.

Maybe they should have given out some idea and hints where they are to salvage the company.

Notice: Nasdaq CM downlisting is currently also not possible b/c of the too low MCAP. Company really needs to sell some assets to get out of this spiral, avoiding the debt default.
