They may have to issue some shares for professional services. The solution is obvious. With a 4 x 5c quarterly cash dividend the stock would trade at $1+ overnight. The problem I think is that management can't see it. Solomon wanted to do share buybacks, right? So he doesn't know.

They should know now. There will be no more excuses, lack of cash, or otherwise.

Are you sure HU isn't sold? HU isn't mentioned in the "filing", but that might be a coincidence of course (it's not like they take those "pre-filings" very seriously)

Well Garrett said that Solomons ears dont work.

It would be nice to get an update from Garrett about the situation and if he has informed solomon about the potential lawsuit.
