#36056 RE: btm #36048

There wasn't any online sales - here is the real DD that explains it a great detail.

You did know that in the last quarter Bemax didn't sell a single diaper on walmart.com - proof you ask - I can accommodate that as I am feeling very generous.

From the latest 10-Q:

"Revenue for the three months ended February 28, 2018 and 2017 was $102,090 and $24,960, respectively. The increase is due to a large sale to a single customer in January 2018.

Here is the problem with Bemax receiving the payments.

First payment is $50,100

Second payment is $52,000

For a Total of $102,100 but the Revenue from the financials shows $102,090 which means there were ZERO sales from Walmart.com and any of the other places such as Amazon.ca - plus the accounting is off by $10.00 - the CEO claims to be a accountant and the $10 would have to be reconciled.

"Bemax Inc. (OTCBB: BMXC), a growing global distributor of disposable diapers, is pleased to announce today that it has received the second payment toward the purchase order of January 17, 2018.

Bemax receipt of this new payment of $52,000"

"Jan. 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Bemax Inc. (OTCBB: BMXC), a growing global distributor of disposable diapers, is pleased to announce that it has received the first payment... The receipt of $50,100 three days earlier than scheduled constitute payment for the first tranche"

Both payments are for the last 10-Q which ended on February 28, 2018.

The total revenue reported was $102,090.

By the Bemax accounting there was Zero sales from Walmart.com and Amazon.ca.
