Where are those most recent 0.0074 ~ 0.0024 buyers now? Why don't they slap out all those dirt cheap shares at 0.0023 ~ 0.0011 to lower their cost bases significantly?

0.0010 x 0.0011 now. It seems RGDXQ will break down 0.0010 very soon... Anyway the 52-week low was 0.0003 which is the next bid!
