This is too funny - OWCP did the exact same nonsense with Kodiak Capital as I pointed out and your response was to copy and paste the Amended 8-K with is meaningless until OWCP files a S-1 and the SEC declares it effective. Which isn't going to happen with a ongoing investigation.

What Happened to the Kodiak Equity Purchase Agreement from January 2016?

OWCP Filed a S-1 but withdrew it and it was never declared effective. That seems like it was used for pumping purposes only - just as the most recent Equity Purchase Agreement.
