Let's be honest. Ntephe has never given a crap about any shareholder other than Offor. Many actually believed that if Offor and ERHC management did well we would too. That was never the case and it still isn't. They are out for themselves. They always have been. And they always will be.

That attitude cost him in the rights offering when only about 10% of what was hoped for was raised from shareholders.

Those still believing that any deal ERHC might do will benefit existing shareholders is about to get burned yet again.
