A couple weeks ago I was looking at the three dumbmingos boast of getting into Krogers.
Something about a test store?
That's pump and baloney and here's why.

Firstly, Krogers in my state do not do product testing. Competition for shelve and floor space is too great and the vendors themselves have rules to stop that as well. Krogers uses a planogram concept where stock is kept in control and maintained hourly. As is any large box retail. NO ONE is allowed to place their product in front of any other product on shelving, or even designated floor wings. As we've seen the fake jerky placements where the shareholder put h-j-oe jerky all over the place in front of other products, not even appropriate products.

Secondly, Krogers, like all retail, if even allowing a new product , that's not a big name into the store, and the two managers I talked to said they don't allow consignment contracts, it has to be set up months before. Not weeks.

Thirdly, There is no proof or filings to suggest that h-j-oe even has the capacity to increase any production of any of their products.

Fourthly, Kroger and all retail, demands a track record, income history and proof of production capabilities. This is common everyday business requirements asked by big box retail all over the country.

The three dumbmingos have no proof at all that can be verified that they are even operating as a going concern. Tweets from the same couple of company officers and employees does not prove a thing.

Shareholders have never owned one iota of h-j-oe the company, only common stock with no voting rights or representation in H-j-oe to trade on the market. And now they own worthless stock in a private company who tweets incomprehensible ramblings which are supposed to be something about a company in Korea being h-joe now.
