Wrong,,Again and very misleading. Actually Smart Money does invest in an up and coming company like OWCP. And OWCP is Not being investigated by the SEC for the 1,000th time, very misleading and Not fooling anyone. Shares will remain in strong Hands. All Eyes will Keep watching 24/7 ;)
