I know Nasdaq companies only have to be audited every year.

same with OTC QB (and QX) i think

but there is a reason the Pinks are the pinks and overheads for audits is one major element.

annual attorney letter plus officers signatures are all that is needed from all pinks.

I have seen no reason to doubt any of VGIDs financial statements, if you have then raise them with the authorities
