That isn't accurate - in the 10-K OWCP stated the SEC had subpoenaed their records and the SEC stated the investigation was ongoing.

Of course as required OWCP announced they were being investigated by the SEC in the 10-K.

A company can make a announcement of a material event with either a 10-K, 10-Q or a 8-K.

If the investigation has been completed and the SEC found no wrong doing - you can bet your last dollar that OWCP and their minions would be screaming it from the mountain tops (all available ihub boards).

A understanding of securities laws is essential.
