gig, The comment about new fiscal year was made by Petar on the website blog. The "Welcome" blog; the one with the intro by Petar.

About the pro forma... it was based on a May 30th year-end, so yes I think this means we have to wait for updates from him to understand the current state of affairs and/or projections. We're due an update on some of the contracts anyway.

As far as the pre-audit plan, I am assuming that the lawyers or auditors (whoever is advising on the listing upgrade) recommended they do nothing until they get on the standard fiscal year. Just my guess. And that might have been some of the delay, also. IMO.

Gigwoof I will look for the PR where they stated Fiscal year end would be changed to calendar yer ... may have been in prior CEO message. Maybe someelse can look forit too.


Proformas are not part of pre-audit plan unless they are extending the audit thru August.
