I just did the same. Took the .0018. BIEI no longer shows in my portfolio after over a year. Have to look but I'm thinking I lost about 16K. If anyone thinks we can go after Hartman legally let me know. Maybe a group of us can get him out of running publically traded companies. Better yet, a few months in jail.
