IMO you could tack on "by week's end" to the end of the second sentence also.

Hopefully they will have time to review it this week, but if not, it will be PR'd next week.

I fully expect the AF's in the first part of next week. (Tues.). But that is just me. Sooner would be better, but we've waited this long....what is another couple of days. Again.....IMO. LOL
