What a scam--in an effort to hide the truth--there is an "employee option" plan filed at a crazy high price ignorer to FOOL unsuspecting marks that almost all of the company is owner at less than a PENNY to one shareholder who's hides the principles names. Look it up--BEWARE-- to further evidence this Financial Scam. " Cabello" owns over 90% of the company at less that a penny per share--controls EVERYTHING!!! In addition "Through December 31, 2017, the Board of Directors has declared and approved, preferred stock dividends of $720,000 ($60,000 each month) to Cabello". Who would buy any shares for at over a penny per share ? What a fraud perpetrated by Barry Hall--I guess you all know his history scamming with Mike Irving.
