Yes-the late Q filing arrives in under 5 days-$MSPC

With the recent ANNUAL FILING for 2016 and for 2017 released...that means that ALL PRIOR FILINGS have now been issued ! Woo hoo! That is something to celebrate and with the Attorney letter to go CURRENT already received in good order in April 2018 ... all that remains is this Quarterly for 2018 before this moves right to Pink Current status.

Those SUBSTANTIAL ANNUAL FILINGS that came out this past weekend cover much of what has occurred the first 3 months of 2018 anyway. New management and record revenues! New deal announced. It’s all right there in the filings released over the weekend. But folks don’t READ. And they certainly won’t READ 40 pages of financial and documents. Haha .

So yes..I can safely say that once $MSPC releases the 10Q - that has to come out by end of Friday with the extention - OTC markets will move this right to PUNK CURRENT STATUS. It is my strong opinion,that the Thursday and Friday sessions here will be extremely nice especially if the company indicates the last needed filing will arrive THIS WEEK.
