I had no problem setting up a sell limit ($2.00) with Fidelity.

I have etrade and always lock my shares down with high sell limits and for 60 days. Make sure you set it as a sell and Limit, and put your price in that is as high as you want. I noticed you can't put a sell limit order for more than a million shares at a time though. If you have more than a million, you will have to setup multiple sell limit orders for all your shares. Let me know if that works.

Make sure you have a limit order set and GTC (good till cancelled). I have mine set for 900,000 @ $6.50
