Royal Petro may have been the "warchest" that financed the ET LOI.

The key passage in that PR is "In addition, Biogeneric's management reiterated the impact of this Tuesday's Press Release whereby Royal Petroleum has agreed to provide traditional debt-based financing ..." In the "Tuesday press release" (October 18) this is what they say:

"Biogenerics Announces Financing Plan for the Hydroslotter Roll Out
Tuesday October 18, 2005 10:34 am ET

TORONTO, Oct. 18, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Biogenerics Limited (Other OTC:BIGN.PK - News): The company is pleased to announce that it has secured an agreement with an institutional investor Royal Petroleum. Royal Petroleum purchases and finances producing oil and gas wells. Biogenerics has financing in place for hydroslotting at 8.5% interest as needed and secured by our current production.
Biogenerics plans to primarily fund the hydroslotting expansion with its current cashflow. This is possible since the costs for slotting are returned in an average of 45 days from production. Having Royal Petroleum behind us eliminates the need for any financings which may cause dilution of equity.

Biogenerics' Paul Smith states that, ``This hydroslotter joint venture is offering perhaps the most capital efficient way to create aggressive economic returns without exploration risk. Now that we have the ability to draw down the capital required we can aggressively move forward.'

In other words, Royal is a JV partner to projects that BIGN is involved in. This is not the company we are buying IMO.

Hey fratboy -

I just read your of that PR to which the Royal CEO referred in his reply to spiras. Low and behold.... gues what it was about... that 8.5% financing deal I've been so much pondering about. Well well well... maybe there is some kind of credence to this idea. I mean, when the Royal CEO points to that very PR... well, its important to understanding it all.... of that I'm more certain than I was before. Pretty darn intresting.

I was flying thru spiras's email too fast to realize that the PR being referred to was that one. If you hadn't have caught it, I would have missed it. Thanx for the catch man. Way to pay attention. Nice catch, man.
