The question is not is this company a POS. :D Let's not even address that question for now because it has no relevance. The question is how hard will it spike on HEMP legalization? Legalization/descheduling will not "save" the company but it will spike the share price. If you don't agree, just take a look at the chart in 2014 when the last big Farm Bill passed and allowed select farmers with special permits to farm hemp for the first time. The share structure was different then, but there was still dilution. It moved from .03 to .35 in the same day. The consequences of hemp descheduling and legalization are even greater this time around with CBD oil one of the top selling cannabis/hemp derived products and a huge burgeoning industry. I'll bet the share price, with current float, sees .05+ on the day the vote passes. $HEMP is like a bad website that has the best domain name and gets all the traffic and business, regardless.
