Why anyone in their right mind would "invest" even a nickel in this sink hole is completely beyond me - the 10-Q is one of the most depressing documents I have ever read. Over 2.5 billion shares now authorized which should be enough for a year or two of issuances to service providers and "investors" (though, of course, our CEO gets paid his ridiculous salary in cash every month while being gifted effective control over the company in exchange for continuing to bleed the assets dry).
