If you look at the amendment line 4 does not say when, yet line 3 says the vote by which the stockholders voted in favor of the amendment by 100%? I never received a proxy on this.......

I was in POTN at .04 and rode it to .95, now that was a company that informed investors, no smoke or mirrors & is growing.
