Could not disagree with you more- the NYC heliport IS the business. The trick here is to somehow make lemonade out of lemons.

Adding more locations is a sign of desperation. I'm sorry NYC changed its laws regarding helo tours, etc. This could be a $1 stock if it survives the next decade.

The decade after, It would make a great location for flying cars as well, but my imagination is running away with me............
