Why didn't you provide a link to where OWCP states the efficacy report has been delayed?

You do understand that the excuse for the efficacy report on a topical cream for treating psoriasis being delayed because of "markers for multiple myeloma" is complete nonsense.

Multiple myeloma is cancer of the plasma cells and there isn't any symptoms that are related to any skin maladies.
