I have heard so many excuses from OWCP why they haven't published a efficacy report that they stated would be available in January 2017!

"The efficacy studies have already been started and results are expected by the end of Jan 2017."

It has been 1 year and 4 months since the efficacy report was due - where is a update from OWCP to explain the delay of 16 months and still nothing but big talk.
