In my mind,the company is defacto bankrupt, liabilities exceed assets by a wide margin;interest on debt is paid in shares,which are routinely sold into the marketplace.
And less we forget,OVRL at its highs,traded at a $1,000,Spiffy at$250 plus,
today its at 34 cents.
