Maybe. That's the usual cycle for terrrible financing and reverse split deals. That said, when you make a deal with the devil you expect it to stink for a good while. On the other hand, they had to do the deal to survive...and they have real products that may make their story different in the end. Additional positive proof points of the technology effectiveness in the short run may help the story here.
