$GMGI has had several very large reverse splits in the last 3 years

Soooo... Just for laughs and giggles multiply .0004 x 3500 and we get..... $1.40 a share. Just 18 short months ago one share of GMGI was worth $1.40.

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 2000 split Pay date=10/15/2015.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 1500 split Pay date=04/07/2016.

Past management sure has a nasty history of wiping out the shareholders in the past.
