I'm here, I just have other things going on in life besides posting relentlessly on a very slow board to one guy I agree with (and I can email or call directly) and one guy who's just unhappy being here and disagrees with my position. In case no one told you, this is a lot like gambling, and the odds are only slightly better than winning the lottery.
