With Jon Rice's background in operations management, he and Kim have had plenty of time, prior to the final VN ERC approval, to identify the critical path (CPM) necessary to bring the VN project in Quang Nam forward once the regulatory obstacles were achieved/removed. ERC approval was the trigger.

Hints targeting existing land and facility's were in prior PR's and the SS newsletter. The production puzzle is now rapidly coming together.
