Hi Aqua,
I see what you are looking for and would also like to know more about the other owners. However, please keep in mind that Siaf has never claimed to own 100% of Aqua farm 1-3 in the past. These farms are now 100% owned by Triway. These farms have generated huge operational cash flows in the past that Solomon unfortunately wasted on the abattoir and HSA.

That's good work, one step towards deeper understanding how the scam works.
With this information my theory that there is actually no business going on at TRW doesn't seem so far fetched anymore.
Just a shell. Owned by shells. Used for not so good purposes.

Hi Aandt,

it's this one: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=136348679

Can you find out anything about Mr. Wei Da Xing or other owners? In the post above there is a ID number. I never was able to verity it.

The owner companies you sent are nearly all in HK registry and managed mostly by TRW's secretary. I have looket through those before and at that point posted several critial posts around how these companies were established.

My worry was that they were all shell companies established to "own" parts of Tri-Way, in order to create a fake owner structure. Especially when I discovered that a ca 4,6% ownership was in a Belize company which I checked and found inactive. The name of that company is The Business Advocate, Inc. Just like Dan's company in Ohio...

Would you put $17-18 mill of TRW stock in an inactive shell company?...

Not sure what you are looking for, but I looked up a few of them and they are real ID numbers, real people, and they show up in the Chinese records. There are some errors in the English on some of the contracts (no surprise there). Wei Da Xing is actually Wei Da Qing, based on the Chinese version. And the ID number in the English section is incorrect, has too many digits. Again the Chinese version is correct and checks out. Wei Da Qing shows up as the contact person/legal rep for one of the cattle farms (JiangMen), I haven't taken the time to dig much further.

I looked up a few others and they all check out. Not sure what you are looking for, but I think it is a wild goose chase. I am satisfied that the partners are real people. Hard to find details out there, but that is typical of China. The ones I looked into are real.

That one was already explained in the 10-K.

The Business Advocate (4.5%) and Flying Cristal Limited (4.2%) are companies appointed by Tri-way to hold in trust on behalf of certain holders of debt owed by Aquafarms 2-5 to keep shares in reserve in the event that their respective debts owed are converted to equity, at maturity. The debt in question relates to costs of development of the Aquafarms 2-5 incurred in connection with the development and construction stages.

This is the roughly $30M in account receivables from Q4 2016 and Q1 2017. If not paid, will be settled in stock, which increases SIAF's stake in TRW by 8.7% to 45.3%.
