So help me out fellas, Pennsylvania secretary of state shows axion still active and they recently held an auction to sell off All manufacturing equipment, I called the auction house and they told me it was on behalf of the company and not bank owned,so I looked around for a bankruptcy action and can't find anything official, so that being said does anyone know of a official bankruptcy filing to confirm?
