so it seems that dan has once again sold out his shareholders to enrich himself and whoever lucas hoppel is. with
any luck the new board will wake up and realize this guy is not the man to take this company where it has the possibility to go;revist that ridiculous pay package and politely ask him to step down. Or maybe not so politely
