I’m inclined to agree, but fairness requires that we give management the benefit of the doubt, although their track record (starting with the 6-22-17 8K) isn’t great. Since tomorrow is the 15th, if we wake up on the 16th without a quarterly filing or without a credible explanation for delay, then we can holler.
