I beg to differ. The PR says the deal is with Battelle. Battelle says the deal is with the lab. So the license that DarkPulse obtained is for technology owned by the lab itself, and the lab is managed by employees who work for Battelle. There’s a big difference.

What is in bold is directly contradicted by Battelle’s tweet.

“The deal is with @PNNLab, an @ENERGY national lab where we play a management role.”

So again either Dennis doesn’t know who his deal is actually with and thinks it’s Battelle ...OR...he intentionally used Battelle’s “management role” to infer the deal was with them.
