Cornerstones just released a R O Rights offering to buy cheapies. Last time they did this a couple years back the sp dropped just like this morning.

It'll hover in the $14.00's before re-gaining old ground. I think the RO expires in July so they'll be volatile for a couple of months then things will get back to normal.
