First they have to speak to the FDA about what trials to run. No news since January on any meeting with the FDA. Highly unlikely any trials will be completed in time to RE-file the NDA this year. They will have to pay the $2.35 million dollar filing fee next year. NasRAT will have to UNload millions of shares to pay the fee.
