By what date? Are you thinking wait until June 1 (so less than 3 weeks), and if no dividend announcement, file suit on June 1?

I agree 100% enough is enough. Since i dont see the light at the end of the tunnel i would be happy to sink solomon and lose the remainder of my investment.

There is nothing that indicates that anything will get better anytime soon and the mega loan is just a dream.

Nisse is informed about the potential lawsuit and I hope he in turn warns solomon. I hope Garrett also informs Solomon since he has a direct line to him and also stands to lose the most if there is a lawsuit.

yes. They have promised dividends enough times. The company is not fake. Like some of the loones her proclaimes, but Solomon have lied multiple times. This time he has to delievere. Should pay 10cents each quater, even if it means less growth. Something has to be done.

What's the strategy here,

What if they:

1. Promise a dividend plan that will be set on AGM in December.

2. One special dividend in August of 5-10 cents.

3. Promise to start giving a quarterly dividend from Q3, Q4 or Q1.

4. Dividend announcement, of giving a dividend anytime soon.

5. Trw dividend in August.
