All I can say is it’s coming soon. Putting expected deadlines on things is how investor confidence gets diminished, and shares prices fall. This was from the 5th of April....

It stated in that PR that the initial Reg A+ filing was to be ready for submission to the SEC within the next 30 days.

They’re making their list, and checking it twice.

Van if you read post 138766 you will understand the timeline for uplisting.It states that of april 5th they have 30 days to submit paperwork for uplist.Add to that 30 days for submitted paperwork to be passed or rejected and you have a sixty day period which is up to june 5th.
So between now and june 5th expect an answer to uplisting--I hope this helps.
