Again, if I felt the other companies would be successful why not just buy those stocks instead of TGGI since they have much better share structure and will move more easily.
The entire financials of TGGI is comprised of penny stock holdings of stocks that are run by the same CEO which makes it all a little sketchy. Basically Matt is just passing shares around on tickers he controls for his own gain. If the business was so sound he would not need multiple penny stock companies to make it all work.
