rwa...I agree with you. A material event must be reported to shareholders. Poppa is not correct. If the decision has already been made, there would have been NO insider buying allowed. Notice to the company that the event has been decided must be released for the public within 4 days. period.
10Q with Arb info would occur in August. 10 Q that is coming up would pertain to first quarter. I am well aware of no info in first quarter. I have been in CVM stock for a long time and have watched several boards. I am very excited and I think it’s nice from one long to another to get some encouraging messages after such a hard road. You are possibly all right and they will announce that they have won Arb but the settlement details may remain confidential.
