#25088 RE: T-Hawk #25087

Any insights on how long the lenders would draw out the sale of stock?

They will want to sell as much as possible, as fast as possible. Their profit is 100% guaranteed, since they convert at a % of the lowest trade price in the last 25 days. The only limitation they have is volume. They need to convince people to buy the stock they are dumping. And 66 million shares (for now - as the stock price declines it could easily double that number quickly) will take a lot of new buyers to soak up.

They definitely will want to dump as fast as possible because when a company takes out one toxic death spiral convertible, they will need more and more. Their need for cash will not stop. They will want to sign the Company up for more toxic notes, and to minimize their risk they will want to have blown up most, if not all, of the original note.
