The story apparently is...just another feeble attempt to pump & dump. It had very little effect because vplm long ago stopped responding to such attempts, except on genuine good news and even then it's only worked well twice in the last several years, the 35 cent spike & the 45 cent spike. When a stock has been around long enough, it's chart tells the truth because the market knows everything about them long enough to digest all the facts thus value.
