I don’t agree. Once we get news of the merger / acquisition the 2s will start to get chipped away little by little but most people will wait and see if they can get 1s. Then there will be panic buying in the last minutes of the day and the 2s will be gone by closing. The next day the panic buying will pick back up at the open.

I predict there will be some 3s bought on the same day as the news.
