If what he is saying is true this stock could shoot up, unfortunately he has a huge history of lying and making misleading statements. The 300 million could just be referring to diluting the stock even more, and he could just be trying to pump up the shares by mentioning a "substantial deal" so it's easier to dilute.

I want it to be true, I just don't trust Farnsworth
