ASTI Why then Boone Group Just Invested $2.81 M ( 702.5 M Shares 0.004 per share ) into common stock of the company at the fixed price of 0.004 per share? Doesn't look like the R/S vote will be approved? All IMO

R/S in my observations don't turn out well for OTC (non-profitable) companies. The price tends to remember the "old price" -- in this case DOWN. [Of course a split works that way as well -- where they remember the "old price" ==> UP]
