Untrue, there are companies that don’t have toxic debt and are profitable.

But they’re too busy running actual companies to be concerned with selling fraud to “investors”.

OTC morons want to play the lottery, not invest in solid companies.

What does that have to do with EFLN? EFLN has been an obvious fraud for years and years.

They are so obviously fraudulent they were probably too fake for even the toxic funders. Those funders depend on at least some sort of believability in the business to fool investors into buying their massive amounts of new stock. EFLN couldn't even manage that.
