i am agreeing with you. i was saying if they do this right they'll wait to do any deal, such as a major merger or acquisition, and combine any RS with that positive development, so it has no negative effect on the chart. the transaction might happen in late summer or fall, for example.

this is a common tactic when companies uplist from the otc to big boards. they combine that bullish milestone with a split, and the market shrugs it off.

I’m leaning more towards...

This company has seen it’s share of unpleasant financing and the affect it can have on you share price and structure.With new management and the exiting of past note holdersI’m finding it hard to fathom any more poor choices in the capital arena.

3(a)(10)s can take many forms and much regulation, don’t believe for a second this is where any volitility lies.

There is no need for splits if done right, cignizant of sentimentand confidence of share holders, in a solid product.

Sky is the limit for this company, hoping they’ve learned from past mistakes. ;-)

Just my .02 and ain’t mho of course.
