Well my gut reaction is this gives management room for more delays past July. As in "we were already to launch and so and so files this law suit and now our counsel says this has to be cleared up before launch". Just like the beta launch delay while in Cannes. Surely everyone can understand it takes two months to change the name from vodwiz to myflix <vbg>. This loser CEO cannot complete anything meaningful for shareholders in a timely manner ie attorney letter, form 10, audit, mothergoose, etc--it just goes on and on with many shareholders seemingly giving management a pass, as usual.
Hope the vacation to Cannes is going well on the backs of shareholders.
